The new 95 alumina ash boats grey dish has a significant advantage over ordinary ceramic grey dish. It successfully solves two major problems in the process of coal quality analysis and ash burning.
1. Wear well.Compared with the ordinary ceramic plates, the high-aluminum ash plates are more durable, and the ordinary ceramic plates are fragile. It often cracks in the furnace before the samples are taken out.
Higher temperature resistance, compared to ordinary ceramic plates, aluminum plates can reach 1400 degrees Celsius heat resistance.
2. Wall thickness.Due to the unified production mechanism, the wall thickness of the high aluminum carbide gray plates is thinner than that of the artificially grouting corundum gray plates, with more accurate size, which successfully solves the problem of imperforation and long cooling time caused by the customer feedback that the artificially grouting corundum gray plates are too thick.
