Standard Aluminum Sample Pan and Lid for GAA-0068/GAA-0069 Hitachi

Some using recommendations.
Open bottom pans are used to measure samples that do not need to be sealed.
Crimp as much as possible to bring the sample into close contact with the bottom of the vessel for measurement.
The maximum operating temperature for pans is 600°C.
Use platinum open bottom pans or alumina open bottom pans for temperature measurements up to 600°C and above.

If the sample is metal, it will react easily with the aluminum pan, so check for reactivity before measuring. If a reaction is likely, use a loaf made of another material, such as platinum or alumina.
If you are not sure if it will respond, take steps, such as placing a protective plate on the sample holder, to prevent damage to the sensor.

Simple sealed vessel
It is used to measure samples with decomposition or samples containing evaporated components.
There are two types of containers, one with a surface treatment and the other without a surface treatment, so choose one depending on the sample type.
Use a simple sealed container with surface treatment to measure samples containing water.
The maximum operating temperature of the surface-treated simple seal vessel is 300°C.
The pressure resistance of a simple sealed vessel is 0.3 MPa.
Simple aluminum sealed vessel is used to decompose and measure samples containing solvents other than water. The maximum working temperature of a simple aluminum sealed vessel is 600°C.

Sealed vessel
Used when decomposing or measuring samples containing solvents other than water under a sealed condition.
When aluminum sealed vessels are used for samples containing large amounts of water, exothermic peaks may occur during reactions with water at 50°C or higher.
The maximum operating temperature of aluminum sealed vessels is 500°C and the pressure resistance is 3 MPa.
