Cleaning method of platinum pans:
Platinum crucible can be placed in dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute nitric acid boiled, in specific operations using dilute hydrochloric acid is more convenient, can be made up of (1-1.2) mol / L hydrochloric acid solution, note that the dilute hydrochloric acid used shall not contain nitric acid, nitrate, halogen and other oxidizing agents.
If the dilute hydrochloric acid can not yet be washed with dilute, then use potassium pyrosulfate, sodium carbonate or borax melt cleaning.
If there are still stains, or the surface of the black, then use 100 sieves through the mesh without sharp edges of the fine sand, wet with water to gently rub, so that the surface to restore luster.
