Product details:
Alumina oxide crucible has a flat bottom, straight sides. Made in recrystallized Alumina (99.0%).
1.Material: 99.0% purity of Aluminum oxide.
2.Temperature:use temperature is 1600℃ to 1750℃, fire temperatuare is 1800℃.
3.Crucible color: white
4.Crucile shape:Tapered, also called curve,cone-shape or conical corundum crucibles.

Product Description:

Application:
1. Alumina crucible for sintering are composed of porous fused alumina, with a strong and refractory quality.
2. It is suitable for melting samples with anhydrous Na2CO3 and other weak alkaline substances as flux, while it is not suitable for melting samples with Na2O2,NaOH and other strong alkaline substances and acidic substances as flux (such as K2S2O7).
3. Characteristics of corundum crucible: resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali, cold and heat, and chemical corrosion.
4. Shape of corundum crucible: arc, cylindrical.
5.They are commonly used in a variety of metal or non-metal melting material, or melting items analysis in the lab, also it’s a regular application for smelting & sintering for phosphors, rare earth material, precious metals.

How to clean Al2O3 crucibles?
Alumina crucible is belong to fragile consumanbles, but if use well, alumina crucible can also be reused. Some customers found residues after using several times, you can consider the following method according to the specific situation,we hope to help you.
1. Acid bubble: usually with nitric acid for a long time, then water cleaning;
2. After drying, slow temperature rise to 800 ℃ in the high temperature furnace for 6 hours (note: very full temperature rise is required for baking).
